  I regularly do business banking at Bridport Post Office along with personal transactions as do my family. Marian Dulan (Mario) is always welcoming, friendly and very efficient. I have been in on numerous occasions when they have been very busy and/or short-staffed and Marian has ensured that everybody is dealt with as swiftly as possible, they are in the right queue for their requirements and ensuring that everyone has what they need. Our business banking has always been well dealt with and in a timely manner. From a personal point of view it is always nice when you walk in to be greeted with a smile and a friendly greeting by name. He has also helped my Mother on numerous occasions with her banking and paying of bills and she has been extremely grateful for his help at times when she gets a bit confused with modern technology or terminology. I find Marian to be trustworthy, approachable and likeable. He is a great asset to the Post Office.

  As a local store manager i bank with the post office. I had issues with the previous post office i used so i went to try Bridport's post office. I had a completely new experience with Bridport's team they are all so friendly and helpful. I'm normally served by Mario the post office's manager. He's friendly and has learnt his regular customers names and asks how you have been which is a lovely touch and always has made me return regularly. The post office is a busy place due to lack of banks in town, the posting of parcel returns and the Paypoint users. All the staff manage the customers and queuing times well. All the customers are served efficiently and politely. They have a good range of greeting cards to chose from and stock wrapping paper which is also handy which i also purchased today. Mario also knows i enjoy travelling so he set me up a post office travel card which can be used all over the world. I will keep returning to the post office as they are the friendly and always helpful. 5 star service
